I am not your typical Property Manager...I have a unique perspective as a Property Manager AND a rental property owner. As a property owner myself, I understand the frustrations, challenges and fears that can accompany property ownership; especially in regards to a rental. You are entrusting your biggest asset to strangers that will live in it; and a company to manage it. That can be overwhelming and stressful. I treat each and every property that I manage as if I owned them myself!

Over the years I have seen too many properties mismanaged while working for other companies. Even large successful companies were running properties in an unproductive manner. I saw properties producing less income and residents moving out because the property and the people were practically ignored.

I specialize in taking over the management of properties that have been neglected and not running at their full potential. I have years of experience in handling the multitude of tasks and challenges that occur when a property changes hands. It can be unsettling for the people who live there, and usually the property needs a lot of work. This is what I do best! I can turn a property around in a relatively short period of time and produce the results required for a successful investment.

I have managed a diverse set of properties ranging from single family homes up to a 305 unit 15 story downtown high-rise. This property underwent ownership changes, a 2 million dollar interior and exterior renovation, and it was a complete success. 

My portfolio includes single family homes, “plexes”, apartment buildings, condos and commercial units. They range from “high-end”, upscale properties to “fixers” in need of a variety of improvements. I provide excellent customer service to both owners/investors and the residents.  

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and my post-college experience includes social work, business management and finance. I believe that it is this combination of education and experience that has allowed me to create a successful Property Management company.
